One of the ideas behind this site "The Art of Spiritual Hygiene - TAOsm" is to explore the idea that a daily stress-management scan with the SRC4u software is a form of hygiene that should be done on a regular basis, just like taking a shower/bath, brushing/flossing and so on.

The difference is that work with the SRC4u software can be considered SPIRITUAL Hygiene.

There is one challenge- as stress is cleared on a regular basis some begin to question certain dogma they’ve been taught over the years. Don’t know exactly why this is, other than the information that comes in from scans can be thought-provoking.

In my case a realization began to set in that many things we’ve been told/taught over the years are the opposite of what’s true.

For example- corporate advertising/programming has caused us to confuse the terms happiness and pleasure…so we seem to think we can buy happiness.

But if this is true, why, with all buying and selling going on, have people become increasingly unhappy?

And, speaking of pleasure - many are programmed, via advertisements, to believe that processed foods, promoted as bringing great pleasure, can be healthy. That also turns out to be the opposite of what’s true. (It’s the foods NOT advertised that bring health.)

The food industry has always known this. According to Robert Vaughn, in “The Hacking of the American Mind” they had the data right from the start, even left a clear paper trail, showing they were fully aware of what consuming processed foods would do to mental and physical health. No need to focus on this, but we must have awareness because obesity, heart disease, diabetes 2, hypertension, cancer, and dementia rates are off the chart. We can’t make changes without facing facts.

(Nothing is all bad of course - 885 billion for the food industry in 2021 and trillions for the medical industry. Maybe we should stop thinking only of ourselves.)

Anyway, I got to thinking – and I know, this will make no sense right now - about what would happen if people started burning candles to clear some of the stress related to all this.

Burn candles? Seriously? What are we, a bunch of witches?

But wait- maybe, in terms of the power of burning candles, we’ve been fed some misinformation. Wouldn’t be the first time. It’s said the subconscious responds to the energy of a lit candle in a positive way, i.e., by kicking in an inner wisdom we all possess but don’t always access.

AND, since the SRC4u software is said to be a platform for any kind of work – provided there is no infringement on the free will of others - I got to wondering if the IMAGE of a burning candle could be sent with the SRC4u software.

Blue candles are said to help regain health and well-being, so decided to give it a try.

Didn’t know what was going to happen until the screencast- it was a surprise.
